All users must be aged 21 or above to register and place bets on BOS898. Age and identity verification is mandatory. Any account found to be registered by an underage individual will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one active BOS898 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balances and bonuses.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between BOS898 and the user. BOS898 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between BOS898 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the BOS898 platform, accessible at bos898.asia and any of its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or applications.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the BOS898 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Upon registration, users are required to provide a valid email address and Malaysian mobile phone number. These will be used for account verification, transaction notifications, and security alerts. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must notify BOS898 immediately via live chat if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
BOS898 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obligated to provide a reason for refusal.
BOS898 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow (Bank Negara instant transfer), FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost (Axiata), GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, direct bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrency channels (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether USDT, Litecoin).

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the name of the registered BOS898 member. BOS898 reserves the right to reject deposits from third-party sources and may require the return of such funds before permitting further account activity.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as the registered BOS898 account. BOS898 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, the user must have completed the KYC identity verification process. This requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport) and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits.

BOS898 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest technical or human error, or placed after the relevant event has concluded. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the member's wallet.
For live in-play sports betting — including EPL matches, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, and UFC events — bets are accepted at the prevailing odds at the time of placement. Acceptance of in-play bets may be briefly suspended during key moments of an event at BOS898's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BOS898 Platform. Any user found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, any balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable law requires or permits such reporting.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes the user's unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.
Where any amendment materially affects user rights or obligations, BOS898 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or registered email address, though such notice does not constitute a condition of the amendment's validity.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which BOS898 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through BOS898's internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
